Queen room with all necessities.

The location was excellent, right by all the attractions in Mainz and the most interesting part of the city. the staff was affable and super friendly, and the breakfast offered was rich with a good choice of food.

Recommend because I really enjoyed it and didn't want to say goodbye. The venue was immaculately clean and the staff were amiable and excellent. The breakfast was savoury with hot options, bacon, pastries, the location was particularly good and fab.

The setting was incredible, close enough to the Congress Center and the bank of the river Rhein, the cathedral and the roofs of the old city, and the train station and all the attractions in Mainz. Altstadt district was worth visiting...

The location is fantastic, right next to the old city center, which is definitely worth checking out.

Spotlessly clean hotel, excellent and absolutely perfect location in the center, rich breakfast. A nice size and well laid out room with private bathroom and central heating, multi-channel TV and coffee/tea making facilities. Good service and great value. Everything fine...

Loved the allergy-free rooms, they made me feel like royalty. The free breakfast buffet was a delightful surprise, and the terrace added a touch of elegance to my stay. Plus, having a shopping mall on-site made shopping therapy extremely convenient.

No restaurant? Well, who needs that when you have a shopping mall to satisfy all your culinary cravings?

clean room with comfortable beds and a small balcony overlooking the unforgettable view of the old town. the hotel is ideally located just a stone's throw from the old town center and the cathedral. the breakfast is delicious with a variety of tasty options. the concierge/receptionist Marina was exceptional in her help and accommodations.

The breakfast buffet was a delightful surprise, offering a wide range of delicious options that left us feeling satisfied and ready to take on the day. It was like having a food court at our fingertips, allowing us to indulge in a variety of tasty treats.

The shower could have been more spacious, as it felt a bit cramped and resulted in water leakage on the floor.

This place is our favorite, a great straightforward hotel with incredibly helpful and friendly staff who are always willing to assist with anything you need.

the room was spacious, well-lit, and had plenty of storage space. I appreciated the tea/coffee making facilities and the comfortable work area. the bathroom was practical and the shower was excellent. I also enjoyed the delicious breakfast with a wide variety of options including bacon, eggs, fruits, pastries, and cereals. the location of the hotel was perfect for tourists and the staff were all kind and helpful. I was grateful for the large underground car park, where I had a reserved parking space waiting for me upon arrival. Cons: No complaints.

The bed is exceptionally comfortable, the room is warm with a stunning view of the cathedral and old city roofs, and the bathroom is modern.
